Review of DVD neXt Copy:
Product: DVD NeXt Copy
My Rating: ![]() Reviewed By: Rob Boirun "Simple, easy to understand and nice features!" Review Date: 2011-10-06 Hardware used: Plextor PX-810UF | LaCie D2 Blu Ray News Article about DVD neXt Copy and the Legalities. |
Pleasantly Surprised:
When we received notice
of another DVD Copy app has hit the market we were not that
excited since there are so many currently on the market.
However during our testing we went from lackluster testing
to saying "Hey this is pretty nice, these guys did a good
job on this." And this made us keep going to try and
break it. :) (Note: When we get to the point of trying
to 'break' a software that is a good sign because we are
enjoying the process of using the software)
After following up with the DVD neXt Copy people, they informed us that this is the original code base for DVD X Copy, which is the DVD Copy app that started it all. However they have a top coding team that is constantly adding new features and keeping it up to date. Which is a very good thing because the code for DVD X Copy was pretty much the best one of it's time.
Easy to Use:
I remember the first time I used DVD X Copy. I was blown
away of the ease of copying a DVD. DVD neXt copy brought
that feeling back to me when I tested it. The first impression
I got was that this is a nice looking, user friendly app
that works really good. This software literally takes you
by the hand and makes the user experience very friendly.
Believe me when I say that anyone can use this software.
If you know how to insert a DVD into your disc drive and
you know what blank DVD's are then you are ready. :)

Conclusion:
Even though we were surprised with this release at $70 it
puts this as one of the higher prices DVD Copy app's currently
available. But since the original DVD X Copy was $100 this
is actually a good price, mainly because it is the original
code but UPDATED! They offer an unheard of 90 Day guarantee
if you don't like it for any reason, which is really nice
since they do not offer a demo.
If you have never used a DVD Copy Software before and not sure the good one's from the bad, you will not go wrong with DVD neXt Copy. Even if you get stuck their support system is top notch.

User Feedback on DVD Next Copy Francis H. says: bicycling4ever says: "Just purchased Ultimate and successfully backed-up the movie Milk which version 2.9.9.7 could not do. Great product...nicely done!!!" From DVD Next Copy Forums Seth V. on 4/17/2010 says: "It is simple if you want to make copies of your DVD collection then get this software. Perfect quality and mad fast speed ontop of that. You can not go wrong with this software. Two fat thumbs up from me. " William H. on 3/29/2010 says: "I have subscribed to DVDneXtCOPY since it was first introduced and have been extremely happy with the ease of use and the performance of the software. More importantly is the support afforded to their customers. Normally, with most software publishers, once you submit a request for technical support or help with any issue all you get is an automated reply that someone will get back with you within 72 hours. That is not the case with DVDneXtCOPY. They respond to requests for help seven days a week and usually within hours of the request. I am happy to recommend the product and the company behind the product. " |
